Important: No refunds or cancellations are permitted after 24 hours of purchase or service initiation.
Consulting services, advisory engagements, and strategic support provided by Luxhaus Communications are generally non-refundable once work has been initiated. This includes discovery calls, strategy sessions, deliverable development, and ongoing advisory support.
Given the custom nature of our work and the time allocated to each engagement, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered or in progress.
In the event that Luxhaus Communications offers physical goods for sale — such as training materials, toolkits, or branded merchandise — the following policy applies:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at chat@luxhauscommunications.com with photos of the damage or incorrect item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Email chat@luxhauscommunications.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
If approved, carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in your return authorization. Include your order number inside the package.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Additional time may be required for your financial institution to post the credit.
No cancellations or refunds are permitted after 24 hours of purchase or service initiation.
For consulting engagements, if you need to cancel within the first 24 hours, contact us immediately at chat@luxhauscommunications.com. Cancellations requested after this window will not be eligible for refunds.
