Luxhaus Communications is a boutique spirits consulting firm based in Charleston, SC. We work with emerging and established alcohol brands on the commercial problems that actually determine whether a brand survives its first few years in market.
Our Background
Before starting Luxhaus, our principals spent years inside major spirits companies and regional craft brands — running commercial teams, managing distributor relationships, launching products, and watching what actually works versus what looks good in a presentation.
That experience is the product. When we advise on distributor strategy, it's because we've negotiated those agreements. When we build launch plans, it's because we've executed them — and recovered from the ones that went sideways.
We started Luxhaus because we kept seeing the same avoidable mistakes: brands entering markets without the right infrastructure, founders taking bad distributor deals, sales teams pitching without the right tools. We built the firm we wished existed when we were on the operator side.

How We Work
Every engagement is led by a principal. We don't take your brief, hand it to a junior team, and check in at the end. The person you hire is the person doing the work.
We don't apply the same playbook to every brand. The spirits market is too fragmented and too fast-moving for that. We start with your actual situation — your category, your distributor relationships, your window — and build from there.
If your positioning is weak, we'll say so. If your launch timeline is unrealistic, we'll tell you before you spend the money. Clients hire us for the truth, not for validation.
A strategy deck that sits in a folder isn't a result. We measure success by what changes in the market — placement, velocity, distributor engagement, revenue. That's what we're accountable to.
